How can I make an exchange, return or cancellation?

To make an exchange or return, you must access our returns portal by clicking HERE.

What are the conditions for an exchange or return?

You must make the return within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
The return must be made from the same country to which the shipment was made.
The item must be returned with the tags and product packaging in its original condition.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered condition. The equipment must not have been used and the accessories must not have signs of having been mounted. In this case, we will not be able to carry out the return. Only the following exceptions will be made:
Wrong product: you have received the wrong reference or size, it does not correspond to the one ordered.
Incompatibility: the compatibility specified on the website is not correct, which prevents you from installing the reference on the bike.
Damaged product: The product has been damaged during transport. Important: please contact our customer service as soon as you know about the damage to the product.

Shipping costs

For size exchanges or gift vouchers in store, shipping costs are free.
For refunds, you can check the rates on the website.

What happens if the product is received with defects?

The maximum period to request an exchange of the defective item is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
As soon as we receive the defective product, we will send you a new one. The exchange will always be for the same item or reference.
Please note that only the first shipment will be charged; By City will be responsible for the cost of retrieving the defective item and shipping the correct item.

When and how will I be reimbursed for a return?

If the return conditions are met, the refund will be made within approximately 15 days of receipt of the product, and will be made using the same payment method you chose for the order, whenever possible.

Payment by credit or debit card

When you select this method, the purchase process will be linked to our bank’s website, so the data is not stored by bycity.es, but is sent directly to the bank that operates with bycity.es through a secure protocol (HTTPS). In this way, we offer you maximum security and confidence. Your card will be charged as soon as you validate the payment. If there is a stock problem with your order, or if there are shipping problems, we will refund the corresponding amount to your credit card within 15 days.

Payment by bank transfer

If you choose this payment method, you will receive an email with the details and confirmation of your order, as well as the necessary information to make the bank transfer.
Your order will not be processed until the payment has been verified in our bank account. The delivery time is calculated from this date.

The conditions to enjoy free shipping are:

Mainland Spain: all orders over 30 € (VAT included).
Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: all orders over 50 € (VAT included).

Free shipping on orders of +70 € to: Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom.

Free shipping on orders of +200 € to: Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Norway, Czech Republic, Romania, Switzerland, Turkey.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and your size. When you select a size, you will get an approximate delivery or shipping date.

If several items with different delivery or shipping dates have been added, the delivery of the order will be determined by the longest delivery time.

Delivery or shipping dates are approximate and, in any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated delivery date will not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.
